Meet The Instructor

Harsh Kedia, a Mumbai-based entrepreneur, author, and a celebrated chef aka diabetic chef is a creative thinker and innovator. He got diagnosed with diabetes at a very young age and not giving up on his taste buds, the inner chef in him gave birth to ‘A Diabetic Chef.’ He was the youngest chef invited to Gulfood Dubai 2020, where he hosted 2 masterclasses.
He is also one of the only chefs in the world to work with diabetic-friendly desserts. In his company, you can pick his brain about delicious and low-calorie food.
